United States Primary membership is $40 annually and Canadian Primary membership is $60 for a hard-copy newsletter. Everyone may have a $25 Primary membership for an electronic newsletter. Hard-copy newsletters are only available in the U.S. and Canada Additional associate memberships are $5 annually.
